• You enjoy working behind the scenes (taking photos, creating creative photo and/or video content, writing text).
• You like creating content.
• You consider yourself creative.
• You have good communication skills and easily find common ground with anyone.
• You enjoy appearing (running your own TikTok page, maybe you have a YouTube channel, you’re not deterred if you’re the main character in a video, maybe you aspire to influencer status).
• You want to spend your summer with a team of similar interests, while working at the country’s best festivals and learning from recognized professionals in the industry.
• You already have experience in video and photo content creation and want to expand your portfolio with relevant experience from the country’s biggest events.
• If you don’t have experience yet, you’re interested in it, you’re open to it, and you’re eager to learn from professional experts.

One person can choose multiple positions. Throughout the season, there will be joint team-building activities and tasks to be done together, as well as projects. Ideas for content planning can come from all areas, and we execute them together.
