We aim to work with volunteers who take their responsibilities seriously, value the positive reputation of volunteering as much as we do, and understand the importance of their role. To prevent abuses, we must take action in cases where these criteria are not met.
You may be placed on the banlist under the following circumstances:
- If, after signing the contract, you cancel your participation in the festival without valid justification.
- If you breach the contract during the event.
Individuals on the blacklist may be prohibited from volunteering or working at events organized by the Festival Volunteer Center for a period ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on the severity of the violation.
