Volunteer: A person who engages in unpaid activities individually or in groups, regularly or occasionally, domestically or internationally, for the common good, out of personal will, and without financial compensation.
Festival Volunteer Centre The Festival Volunteer Centre organises volunteer programs for Hungary’s largest festivals. It serves as the venue for presenting the Festival Volunteer Program at the festival.
Volunteer base: The community space of the Festival Volunteer Center, as well as the location for administration.
Host organisation: The organization entrusted by the event with the coordination of volunteers. The Host Organization is in a contractual relationship with the Volunteers.
Mentor: The direct helper of Volunteers, responsible for facilitating information flow and solving problems quickly among volunteers, coordinators, and group leaders.
Coordinator: The person responsible for coordinating and administrating volunteers.
On-site supervisor: The professional leader of Volunteers who provides instructions related to specific tasks.
