If you are selected for an event, you can log into your volunteer profile and sign your contract electronically with your Host Organization.
If you’re sure you can commit, you can accept the contract by clicking the appropriate button. Please only accept the contract if you’re truly able to attend! If you accept the contract but don’t show up and can’t justify your absence, you’ll unfortunately be placed on a blacklist, as you’ll be taking a spot from another applicant.
If you’re certain you can’t join us, simply choose the option to decline the contract. This has no negative consequences, but it’s important for us to receive your response as soon as possible.
You have 5 days to accept or decline your contract. If you’re unsure or can’t decide within that time, please reject the contract for now. If later you’re certain that you’d like to join and there are still spots available, you can request a new contract.
